Delivering Excellence in Education for Builders for 30 Years
"Builder Education Done Right"

PictureCentre for Excellence, Port Coquitlam, BC
Building It Right is the education branch brought to you by Murray Frank and the trusted team at Constructive Home Solutions. Having developed and delivered "Building Smart" on Behalf of the Homeowner Protection Office (now BC Housing) and the Province of B.C., Constructive Home Solutions continues to pave the way in building science and builder education through number of different learning styles that meet builders' needs on various levels.

With the implementation of mandatory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for builders in B.C., Building It Right serves to provide the training needed for those credits. Building It Right offers many different seminars on a wide range of topics across the province. More than 40,000 attendees have seen presentations by Murray Frank over the past 30 years. The powerful combination of construction experience, consulting knowledge, involvement in research, governance and codes development is brought together in a friendly, captivating and simple-to-follow format that appeals to new builders through to the most experienced.

March 2016 marked the first session of CPD at Sea, a way for builders to get many/all their CPD credits they need in a condensed, exciting and organized manner while enjoying a true working vacation. Builders learn during the days at sea so they're able to enjoy all the ports of call. Building It Right has also developed a user-friendly online education portal that allows builders to get their credits from the comfort of their own home, offering over 30 on-demand courses, with no tests required. In June 2017, Building It Right opened up its Centre for Excellence in Construction, offering hands-on courses that include hands-on tools training along with some classroom instruction.

Whether it's live seminars presented across the province, online courses on-demand, innovative hands-on workshops, or learning while cruising to exotic destinations, there's something for everyone. Building It Right strives to educate at the highest possible standards, move the industry forward, and keep learning exciting, practical, innovative, and accessible.
