The Release of Step Code 3 Mandatory Training:

On September 23, 2022, Public Review of the proposed changes to the BC Building Code was released and the anticipated significant changes are expected to be signed into effect by the Minister in mid 2023 either by changes to the 2018 BCBC or in the new 2023 BCBC. When adopted, these changes will require new homes in British Columbia to be built in conformance with Energy Code Step 3. In acknowledgement of these proposed changes, Building It Right has elected to revise our 8 modules of the Energy Code Step 3 training.
​Revised versions of Modules 1- 8 are now available.
