Activation is within 2 hours from 9am to 4pm on weekdays and within 24 hours outside of regular business hours.
We feel that there is no better learning environment than in-person, but we get it. There are just times when life gets in the way of travelling to attend seminars and courses. If you can't make it to one of the many stops on the Murray Frank tour, you can still learn while you earn in the comfort of your own home. We've invested a lot of time and technology in making this a rich experience. Our team is hard at work putting together live streaming and on demand sessions to allow you to earn CPD credits in all parts of BC.

How It Works: 

After purchasing your module, you log in and view the online course. To comply with BC Housing requirements of interactivity, you will need to view sections and then advance to the next one (click on the arrow at the bottom right). At the end of the online course, you will be issued a completion e-certificate which is immediately printable for your records.

​Our on demand system is very user-friendly and allows you to power through a whole seminar or view small portions and pick up where you left off. The site is pretty intuitive and support is just an email away (link in Education Portal)​!

If you have already taken a specific course in person, taking it again online will not qualify towards CPD credits. Please confirm that you have not previously taken the online course in a classroom setting before purchasing, as BC Housing will not allow you to count courses you have already taken.
